1: 17NiCrMo15 Steel Introduction
17NiCrMo15 is a case-hardening steel, it's belongs to old Germany standard, so we couldn't find it from current European standard EN 10084. 17NiCrMo15 has low carbon content with around 0.17%, and with 1%Cr, 0.5Mo, 3.6% Ni. It offers good core toughness, high hardenability, and excellent wear resistance after carburizing and heat treatment.

6: Goods available in China
17NiCrMo15 is outdated steel standard, now few engineers still use it. And it's also uncommon in China. So there is no stocks in China, and we couldn't supply any sample. In China, we will prefer to use 20Cr2Ni4A instead of 17NiCrMo5, so sometimes we will consider 20CrNi3. If you still need this grade, we could produce according to this standard specification, and the MOQ will be 10tons. Please contact with our salesman if you need more details.
