1: 1.2519 Steel Introduction
1.2519 is a tool steel containing high levels of chromium, tungsten and vanadium, with excellent hardness, toughness and wear resistance. 1.2519's hardness range is usually 60-62 HRC, with a high and uniform hardness, which effectively improves the wear resistance and service life of cutting tools and molds. It also has good toughness, can withstand large impact and extrusion pressure, and is not easy to fracture. It has excellent wear resistance after appropriate heat treatment. It can maintain stable cutting performance and surface quality under high speed cutting and heavy load conditions.
