1: C85W Steel Introduction
C85W is a high carbon steel with high carbon and tungsten elements, so it has high hardness and wear resistance. Its manufacturing process is fine and product quality is stable, which is widely used in industrial fields. C85W steel with carbon content slightly higher than eutectoid point. It is the lowest alloy grade of all tool steels used for machining. Although its hardness is similar to that of higher carbon steels, it has lower wear resistance and poorer cutting edges.
