1: Ck50 Steel Introduction
CK50 is a high strength medium carbon high quality structural steel, comprehensive mechanical properties are good, with high strength and good cutting and machining, low hardenability, water quenching easy to crack, to normalizing, tempering after quenching, high-frequency surface quenching treatment is used mostly, suitable for the dynamic load and impact role in the conditions of high wear resistance of mechanical parts. Suitable for hydrogen welding and argon arc welding, less suitable for gas welding. Welded parts should pay attention to preheating before welding, stress relief annealing after welding.
