ASTM A600 AISI T4 Tool Steel - High Speed Steel
1: AISI T4 Steel Introduction
T4 is a copper-based alloy classified as a precipitation-hardening material. It's America steel grade from ASTM A29. It exhibits excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. Through solution treatment and artificial aging, T4 achieves high strength and favorable comprehensive mechanical properties. This material is widely used in electronic components, electrical connectors, heat exchangers, and precision mechanical parts. T4 is commonly supplied in the solution-treated condition, offering good cold-working formability.
